JTM Builders is owned and operated out of Martinsburg, West Virginia by Nate and Tanya McClung. The partners started building homes in 2015. Both Nate and Tanya have been in the building industry for 20+ years. Before they started building homes themselves, they ran subcontract carpentry work for all the major builders in the Tri-State area. You could also say, "It runs in the family" as Nate's grandfather also was a home builder in Berkeley County.

JTM Builders spec home packages uses upgraded material which is already figured into the price tag. These upgrades include solid wood cabinets [cushion close included] with Granite or Quartz countertops, a lifetime warranty on the plumbing fixtures, all LED lighting, tile showers and exterior stonework.

 

JTM Builders employees and subcontractors are vetted to meet the high-quality standards that Nate and Tanya established from the beginning of JTM Builders . JTM Builders takes great pride in the work they do.
